This cream ale was brewed with a traditional malt bill of 2-row and 6-row barley, a generous helping of flaked maize and a not-so-traditional addition of bagels from The Blue Line Deli. A slight bitterness from chinook hops and fermented with both ale and lager yeast strains to give the beer a smooth yet crisp taste. Finally, the beer was blended with Kings Coast Coffee "Lamplighter Blend" cold brew, completing the perfect pre-game brew for any Isles fan.
