World Cup 2026 · June 11 – July 19
If You Love Soccer,
You Need to Be Here.
The World Cup is coming to MetLife Stadium — 8 matches including the Final on July 19. We're about 35 miles from the stadium on Long Island's Gold Coast, every game on every screen, and cold beer brewed on-site. There's nowhere better on Long Island to watch every match of the biggest tournament on earth.
The 2026 FIFA World Cup is the biggest sporting event in the history of North America. Forty-eight nations. A hundred and four matches. Thirty-nine days. And the Final — on July 19 — is happening about 35 miles from our front door at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
Long Island is at the center of it. And Oyster Bay Brewing Co. is where you're watching it.
Every match. Every group. Every knockout round. Every goal. All summer long. We're going to be the loudest, most welcoming, best-poured soccer watch spot on the North Shore — and this is everything you need to know.
The Tournament
The biggest World Cup
in history. Right here.
For the first time ever, the World Cup features 48 teams instead of 32 — meaning more countries, more fan bases, more groups, more upsets, and more matches than any tournament before it. Spread across the US, Canada, and Mexico, the 2026 edition runs from June 11 all the way through July 19.
The group stage alone runs from June 11 to June 27 — nearly three weeks of daily matches. The knockout rounds follow: a brand-new Round of 32 (a first in World Cup history), then the Round of 16, the quarterfinals, the semifinals, and the Final.
104 total matches. 39 days. The whole world watching.
And MetLife Stadium — about 35 miles from us across the island — is the crown jewel venue. Eight matches including the World Cup Final on July 19.
At MetLife Stadium
Eight matches in our
backyard. Including the Final.
MetLife Stadium — officially called "New York New Jersey Stadium" during the tournament — is hosting eight matches. Every time the world's eyes turn to MetLife, we're about 35 miles away on the Gold Coast with a cold Barn Rocker waiting.
Beyond MetLife
Every match.
Not just the local ones.
MetLife has eight matches. The tournament has a hundred and four. We're showing all of them.
Group stage afternoons. Evening matchups. Late-night knockouts. The USA games. The England matches that draw a crowd. The Brazil games that stop conversations. The Germany games that fill a bar. The Argentina games — defending champions, Messi's last chapter — where everyone needs somewhere to be.
If you care about any team in this tournament, we're the place. Every major broadcast network carrying World Cup matches is on our screens. Every match, every kickoff, every minute.
Check our Instagram @oysterbaybrewing for match day hours — we'll be updating our schedule throughout the tournament as kickoff times are confirmed.
Why OBBC
Six reasons this is
your World Cup home.
1. We're on Long Island's Gold Coast.
MetLife is hosting the Final. If you have tickets — or just want to be close to the energy — we're the closest craft brewery to the stadium on Long Island's North Shore, about 35 miles from East Rutherford. Pre-game here before heading over. Post-game here when you come back. Or skip the stadium entirely and watch it with us.
2. Every match on every screen.
Every major network carrying the World Cup is on our screens. Every group stage game, every knockout, every penalty shootout. We don't make you ask. The match is already on.
3. $5 Pints Monday through Thursday.
World Cup group stage runs through June 27 — nearly three weeks of weekday matches. We're running a World Cup Happy Hour Monday through Thursday, 1:00–5:00 PM. $5 pints on draft. Come watch the afternoon matches without paying afternoon bar prices. This is how you do a World Cup.
4. Real beer. Brewed here.
Fifteen-plus craft beers on draft, brewed in the building. Barn Rocker is the easy-drinking flagship — light, sessionable, made for 90-minute matches. Cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic options for everyone at the table.
5. No cover. No minimum. No nonsense.
Walk in, find a seat, watch the game. Open till midnight Friday and Saturday. Check our Instagram for hours on big match days throughout the tournament.
6. A room full of people who care.
Long Island is one of the most diverse communities on earth. Italian fans, Brazilian fans, Portuguese fans, Mexican fans, Ecuadorian fans, Senegalese fans — they all live here and they all come to the bar. A World Cup match in a room full of passionate people is a completely different experience than watching at home. This is what watching sport is supposed to feel like.
The Main Event
